Rescue Me ID: 17-02-15-00040Mozart (male)

Burmese Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Cats, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Mozart is an approximately two and a half year old neutered male who appears to be a Burmese/Domestic Mix. Mo tested negative for both feline leukemia and feline immunodeficiency virus, and he is up to date on his vaccinations. Mo, his siblings and his mother were dumpsters kitties at my office park. After watching them scavenge for food, I trapped the family and since trapped they have resided indoors in my downstairs office space. Mozart has lived happily with other kitties and is quite the ladies' man; a number of the rescue kitty girls that inhabit his rescue room are quite smitten with him, following him whereever he goes and ... (Read More)snuggling up beside him. No worries, all kitties are spayed so there will be no kitty support due to or from anyone. Mozart loves to play with any toy on a wand and while he has not yet mastered the laser mouse, he dreams of one day catching the red dot. He is a social gadfly and will speak his mind. If you are interested in becoming this dear man's human, please feel free to contact me. I do when possible like to receive a vet reference. (Less)

lnteresting Burmese Trivia Low-Cost Virginia Spay & Neuter Clinics
The eyes of a Burmese are so expressive and persuasive as to be considered hypnotic by many enthusiasts. Burmese are highly dependent on their humans and have very little wild survival instinct; they should not be allowed out on their own. Burmese have many unusual color variations. The first blue Burmese was born in the fifties. Burmese are the antecedents of the Bombay.
